Russia Killings: U.S, Ukraine Denies Involvement in Russia Massacre.

Following the unfortunate incident that occured on the 22nd of March 2024 in Russia capital, Moscow, where over 133 people were Masaccre by Men yet to be identified as at the time pf filling this report, the United States government and Ukraine has distance themselves from the killings and calling Russia government to hold popular Terrorist Organization ISIS responsible.

Meanwhile, the United States have issued a warning to its citizens 2 weeks earlier before the unfortunate incident occured. The question begging for answer now is why did united states deny its prior knowledge of the incident.
